What this website collects

This website has no accounts, no login and no database. What you type into the booking form stays in your browser — it is placed in the address of the results page so that page can work out your trip, and it is not sent to a server of ours.

What you send us

When you tap a WhatsApp button, your phone opens WhatsApp with the booking written out. Nothing is sent until you press send. From then on we hold what you sent: your name as shown on WhatsApp, your phone number and the trip details. The same applies to calls and emails.

How we use it

Only to arrange and complete your trip — assigning a driver, confirming the fare and contacting you about that booking. We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside our own drivers and office, except where the law requires it.

Location

If you tap GPS, your browser asks for permission and shares your location with this page only to fill in the pickup. If you send the booking, the pinned point travels in your WhatsApp message as a map link. You can always type an address instead.

Third parties

WhatsApp (Meta) — carries the message you choose to send, under their own privacy policy.
Google Maps — the map on the Contact page is embedded from Google and loads only on that page.
OpenStreetMap, Photon and OSRM — used for the map picker, address suggestions and road distances. Only the place names or map points involved are sent, never your identity.
Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site are loaded from Google.

Keeping it

Booking messages stay in our WhatsApp as long as we need them for our records and for any question about a trip. Ask us and we will delete your conversation.
